H²O Building Services has been in business for over 15 years, within our team we have unrivalled expertise gained over many years and all staff are dedicated to producing maximum savings and refunds, and we are focused on meeting client expectations.

David Lloyd Leisure – 84 pool and leisure clubs nationwide, a competitor based on the South ran the project for 3 years, H²O were awarded the project and within 12 weeks secured savings and refunds totalling £ 200,000 with a further £ 450,000 worth of potential savings left to secure.
Wolseley UK Ltd – We have been providing a water bill validation and bureau service since 2005, carrying out water audits, claiming refunds due to overcharges, water leak detection and repair – Total refunds to date £ 1,128,000 and total savings to date £ 247,000.
The contract has been renewed for a further two years.
Barchester Health Group – Over 500 Hospital and Residential Care Homes at the top end of the market, the Purchasing Director approached H²O due to dissatisfaction with their existing water consultants based in the South, stating poor performance and results, within a few weeks of taking over the project H²O secured refunds in excess of £ 50,000 with more to follow.
De Vere Group – (Greens Health and Fitness) Large Health and Fitness Company approached H²O, within a few weeks we have identified substantial savings and a refund of £ 30,000 on one site alone.

What We Do
We provide a nationwide water and waste water cost reduction service, from initial water audit and preliminary report through to site survey report and completion of all works to achieve the savings and refunds as presented within the report and many other services which include:
Bill validation and bureau service (Unique and at no cost to our clients)
Expert water leak detection and repair
Negotiating reduced charges with water suppliers – switch suppliers for a better deal
Setting up water billing procedures for third party landlords and managing agents
Setting up and managing third party billing on multiple tenant sites and collection of monies
Advice on multiple water billing strategies for Landlord and managing agents (profit from third party billing)
Remote meter flow monitoring to protect against water leakage
Surface water, property drainage cost reduction surveys, these are all fixed cost charges often overlooked, the highest charges are levied by Business Stream, United Utilities, Severn Trent Water, and Northumbrian Water.

Project Team
Senior Auditor Graham Mann
Graham will use the information gathered out in the field together with the billing information to formulate a written report containing recommendations for savings and refunds. Graham has well over 20 years hands on experience within the water industry and the founder of H²0 and will use all his experience and expertise to ensure he identifies every refund and saving opportunity for you.
Senior Project Manager Carl Wilkinson
Carl joined us from Yorkshire Water having spent some 20 years working in finance, he brings a wealth of financial and project management expertise to H²0. He will manage your project at every stage, pay meticulous attention to detail to ensure we deliver the results you desire on time and he will be your first point of contact on all project management issues.
Bill validation and Bureau Service team Nicky and Heidi
They are responsible for running water bill validation and bureau accounts, liaising with the water companies, dealing with overcharge billing issues, identifying errors and claiming your refunds!
Project Support – Amber Fraser
Amber has recently joined the team and assists in project support and administration duties. Amber comes from a customer services background and brings a wealth of experience in this field.
Surveyors
Surveyors Mark and Neale – They carry out site surveys on water efficiency and survey water charge surveys, they both have over 35 years combined experience and they feed vital site information back to the senior auditor.
