First Milk are the first to switch water suppliers with Severn Trent Costain

   Severn Trent – Costain announce that national UK dairy First Milk are the first business customer to switch water supplier since Defra changed regulations allowing more companies to change water suppliers.  

This move should theoretically reduce First Milk’s water and waste water costs and meet the companies sustainability targets.

Severn Trent – Costain is a joint venture partnership which combines the experience and skills within the water industry and Costain the UK’s leading engineering solutions provider has signed “First Milk” in a deal that will  see Severn Trent –  Costain manage their water and waste water at six sites across Scotland, England and Wales.

The contract underlines Severn Trent – Costains focus and commitment to providing customers with the benefits of water retail competition as the water retail market moves ever closer to full opening during 2017.
