Historical water audit reveals a £2,200 per annum overcharge by Yorkshire Water

An historical water audit carried out by H²O Building Services water audit team revealed an overcharge on the surface water band area charges. This is a charge based on the site area for collection, treatment and disposal of rainwater.

H²O’s surveyors measured the site area band and concluded a charge Band F should have been dropped to a lower Band E resulting in reduced charges going forward of £ 2, 000 + and a refund of just over £ 2,200.
