Historical water audit reveals a water company overcharge of £ 9,714.

H²O Building Services were asked to carry out an historical water audit by Facilities Management company  S.G.P, an examination of all charges levied by Scottish Water Business Stream were carried out for Balfon School Glasgow. Upon completion it was concluded that the water consumption was excellent in consideration with the site facilities, however the property and roads drainage charges were incorrect accordingly to the initial desktop audit. A site survey was completed and it was confirmed that the property drainage charges were incorrectly levied. A claim was submitted to Business Stream the incumbent water supplier in Scotland resulting in cancellation of future charges of £ 4,500 per year and a refund of £ 9,714.
