Water Cost Reduction Experts H²0 Building Services win the water project for Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust.

Well ahead of any competition as the Public Sector is under increasing pressure to reduce costs and make savings, water is a quick win for all public sector organisations which in total spend an estimated £ 750m per year on water and waste water services.
Senior Partner Graham Mann says “Reducing water costs within the Public Sector has long been a key target market for H²O, some of the savings and refunds of the last few years have been quite staggering, for example: –
HM Revenue and Customs : – Refund £ 220,000 one site. Annual savings £ 60,000.
Manchester Metropolitan University : – Refund £ 500,000.
Nottinghamshire Police : – Refund £ 65,000. Annual savings £ 11,000.
Hammersmith and Fulham Council : – Savings and refunds to date £ 500,000.
These are just a few examples of our achievements and only scratching the surface really, I would say if all public sector organisations centralised the water bills to one place they could be processed, checked and audited, and with expert support I am sure the savings year on years would be at least £200m excluding refunds due to historical water billing errors of at least £ 50m. We shall certainly be in touch with central government yet again with our findings.
