Leaking Taps and Toilet Overflows increase water costs.

Businesses simply do not realise how much leaking taps and toilet overflows can cost a business.

Wolseley UK operate in excess of 1,400 sites across the UK and H²O Building Services have been reducing their water costs for over 5 years, providing a water bill validation and bureau service, water audits  monitoring water costs and identifying savings on charges. A site survey was identified for survey as the 90 day bill had increased, the survey was undertaken and the flow rate through the water meter was recorded and this was identified as having an annual increase of nearly £6,000 per annum. H²O carried out water leak detection  to the water supplies below ground from the water meter, investigations then moved onto inside the building, our surveyor identified a tap constantly flowing requiring repair and an overflow pipe constantly flowing to drain.
