Lookers Plc – Choose H20 Building Services to provide water auditing services.

 Lookers Plc is a leading automotive retailer and distributor in the UK with a group turn over in excess of £ 2bn comprising three divisions Lookers in England and Wales, Taggarts in Scotland and Charles Hurst in Northern Ireland.

Today contracts were signed appointing leading water consultants H2O Building Services to provide a water bill validation service, incorporating pro-active water auditing, benchmarking water consumption, identifying areas to reduce water consumption, identifying historical over charging and applying for refunds. Any water losses will be readily identified and on site rectification will be undertaken by H2O Building Services’ water leak detection team.

When all of the costs have been driven down and any refunds due paid the Bureau Team will ensure all bills are correct, key data will be recorded into the water database and then the bills will be scanned and authorised for payment.
