The water cost reduction experts at H20 Building Services achieve substantial savings for Barchester Healthcare.

Having been unhappy with their previous water consultants Barchester Healthcare appointed H20 Building Services 2 years ago to provide a comprehensive water bill validation and bureau service incorporating a pro-active water cost reduction programme and water auditing of historical water bills levied over the last 6 years. During this time the water audit team have identified savings and refunds in excess of £ 350,000.

It is because of the truly outstanding success of the project in terms of results achieved and the excellent communications of the project management team that H20 can announce that Barchester Healthcare have once again re-newed the water bill validation and bureau service contract.

H2O have now entered negotiations with two water companies to switch water suppliers which will result in further potential savings of estimated £ 50,000 per year.
