Water audit experts uncover a £ 12,961 overcharge by Severn Trent Water

Water audit experts H²O Building Services received a refund cheque today for £ 12,961 representing overcharges spanning over 5 years, with on-going savings of £ 1,800 per year.
As usual this case has taken many months to conclude with Severn Trent Water attempting at each stage to avoid paying out the refund, as usual the onus is on the customer to ensure the water bills are correct, even when claims are made the water companies rarely investigate the water charges without experts such as ourselves presenting all the evidence and even then the water companies will often use underhand tactics to avoid paying back the overcharges. 
Needless to say the client will be delighted with the result!
