Water bill validation – National travel agency business receive a £ 20,000 water company rebate

As a part of a national strategic review of water costs a national travel agency commissioned water audit experts H²O Building Services to complete a water audit of all 700 sites, firstly compiling a comprehensive water database using historical water billing data and providing a water bill validation and bureau service which incorporates pro-active identification of water saving opportunities and securing water rebates due to water company overcharges.

The latest water bill rebate was secured for 2 sites in Scotland whereby incorrect billing data meant the customer was being overcharged and a £ 20,000 refund is a substantial return for the business operating on tight margins.
