A water bill audit produces a 19 year water bill rebate!

The water cost reduction experts at H²O Building Services have recently completed a water bill audit that resulted in a 19 year bill rebate.

As part of the Water Bill Validation and Bureau Service contract with a national Plumbing, Electrical and Building Supplier a water audit was carried out to a site supplied by South East Water as the water consumption was seen to be increasing above the use for the sites staff population on site. A site investigation revealed that the water meter the customer was billed on for water and waste water services did not in fact serve the property. All historical water billing records were audited and this identified and since March 1995 the water company had effectively been overcharging due to billing our client on the wrong metered water supply.

This has resulted in a repayment of overcharges of over £ 10,000 – Upon receipt of the cheque a claim for interest will be submitted.
